TRAINING ACADEMY
Training is an integral part of employment at Intercape. Drivers are trained to adhere to strict policy and procedures, prescribed by Intercape to ensure safe driving.
In 2000, the Intercape Training academy was formally established in Cape Town to align our training with the National Skills Development Act. In 2013 we also opened a Training Academy at our Pretoria depot. The Intercape Training Academy has full accreditation from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA).
Intercape’s accredited courses are open to the general public, and recognised by leaders in the transport industry. Our training team consist of qualified and registered Assessors, Moderators, Instructors and also Soft Skill Facilitators.
