Terms & Conditions

 

  • you must be a registered school within South Africa. 
  •  Entering the competition, can be done  via email charters@intercape.co.za, whereby you will be contacted and be provided with all the relevant information.
  • The grand prize will be R50 000 which will go towards a school sports tour of the winner’s choice, as well as R30 000 which the winning school must donate to an underprivileged school of  choice. The grand prize also includes a coaching clinic where the winning school and the nominated underprivileged school will participate.
  • The winning school will only be allowed to  use the prize money towards a school sports tour and the nominated underprivileged school may be restricted to use their prize money towards sports developing.
  • The school that uses Intercape the most for their events, will stand a change to win the grand prize. The grand prize is not determined by the Rand value spend or by the number of coaches hired, but by the number of events you made use of Intercape.
  • One event counts as one entry. The school with the most entries will win the grand prize.
  • Quotations do not count as an entry, only accepted and confirmed quotes will be considered.
  • The prize is not transferrable to another school.
  • Intercape cannot take any responsibility and will therefor not be held liable for damages, losses or injuries during the school’s tour.
  • Winners must be prepared to be photographed and such photograph could possibly be used in future marketing material.
  • Winners will be notified telephonically and via email. The prize will be delivered at your school by our Intercape staff.
  • By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional material via email.
  • The competition starts August 1st 2010, and ends February 28th 2011.
  • The winner will be announced within 14 days after the competition closed.
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into to.
