Main Function of the position:
Oversee the preparation of financial reports and implement cash management strategies for the Intercape Group of Companies.
Requirements:
- Financial degree and qualified Chartered Accountant
- The management of financial staff
- Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements and reports
- The management of the company cash flow
- The establishment and maintenance of all internal financial controls
- The audit of all debit and credit controls
- The management and controls of all purchasing
- Development of budgets and reports on all financial plans
- Leadership skills
- Drivers License

Purpose of the job:
Manage the vision, mission, objectives and projects of the i-Foundation (i-Equip, Intercede and i-Care) within the i-Foundation trust’s strategic objectives as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements
The successful candidate must have a testimony of salvation and a spirit filled life. The candidate must also have a living relationship with God and must hear God´s voice and guidance clearly.
Mission Driven Performance Areas:
1. Accountable to CEO for the following:-
A. Intercede:
1. Responsible for the internal staff ministry
2. Responsible for the “Intertainment” material on coaches
3. Arranging and organizing outreaches
4. Responsible for the welfare of all employees nationally
B. i-Care
1. Arranging and co-ordinating all feeding schemes and projects
2. Arranging and co-ordinating the supply of clothing and basic needs
3. Arranging and co-ordinating the crèche and night shelterproject
C. i-Equip
1. Responsible for skills transfer/training projects
2. Effect possible job creation oppertunities
3. Procuring funding for the various projects
2. Accountable for co-ordinating i-Foundation’s budgets and presenting it to the Wise Council in the desired format
3. Accountable to Wise Council for identifying, evaluating and reporting on i-Foundation’s risk.
4. Accountable to Wise Council for the development and sustaining working relationship between i-Foundation and partners.
5. Accountable for the corporate identity and marketing of the i-Foundation
